Questions about an order go to the store
Orders, payments, shipping, customs, returns and warranty claims are handled by the store we link to, not by this site. We have no access to your order, your payment or your tracking number, and we can't speak to the store on your behalf.
For anything about an order you have placed, or are about to place, use the store's own support channels. Keep your order number and the confirmation email handy when you contact them.
What this site can help with
Our guides answer the questions most buyers have before they order: which material to choose, how heavy a full-size doll is, whether a torso or a head only makes more sense, what a fair price looks like and how to care for a doll after delivery.
What we can't help with
We don't offer one-to-one buying advice, price quotes, order lookups or refunds. We don't speak for the Fudoll brand and can't confirm stock, production times or specs beyond what the product page shows. If a spec matters to you, ask the store before you pay.
